Dr. Anthony J Amante, PT, DPT, Director of Sport Performance
Dr. Anthony Joseph Amante is a Co-Partner of Empower Sports Management Group as well as the founder and owner of Visionary Physical Therapy in Fairfield, CT. He is a proud Alumni of Sacred Heart University (B.S. Exercise Science 2017, Doctor of Physical Therapy 2021). Anthony is a Physical Therapist and Sport Performance PT who has a strong passion for helping people achieve their goals.
Kevin Kochiss, MS, CSCS, Director of Operations
Kevin is an entrepreneur who is the owner of KMK strength and conditioning, RevivebyKMK, MealPrepByKMK, and co owner of Visionary physical therapy and Empower Sports Management. Kevin started his journey in the field of athletic performance with a bachelors degree at the University of Rhode Island and finished his education with a master’s degree in human performance at Southern Connecticut State University.
Gabrielle Digello, Esq Director of Compliance
Gabrielle DiGello is an attorney with a multifaceted background spanning both international and domestic legal landscapes. Dating back to her college lacrosse days, Gabrielle has always sought to intersect her two passions: the law and athletics. Gabrielle has built a unique portfolio of experiences which equip her with the tools to navigate the intersections of law, business, and athletics.
Christopher Elias, CPT, Director of Client Relations
Christopher Elias is a Co-Partner of Empower Sports Management Group as well as the General Manger/Head Performance Coach for KMK Training located in Fairfield CT. Chris is a former Collegiate Quarterback from Southern Connecticut State University where he studied Exercise Science. Following his Student-Athletic journey, Chris began spreading his passion of sports into young Athletes.
